Unless
otherwise stated we are proud to offer a "12
Month" warranty
on all items purchased from Automated Power Solutions.
This Warranty guarantees that any item purchased from
Automated Power Solutions found defective will be replaced or
repaired for a period of 12 months from the original invoice
date. Automated Power Solutions reserves the right to use its
own descretion whether to repair or replace a defective item.
All defective items must be returned to Automated Power Solutions
for testing before a new unit will be shipped. This warranty
covers exclusively the items purchased from Automated Power
Solutions and does not cover consequential "Injury to a
Person", "Loss of Profit", "Damage to Equipment"or
"Costs Incurred" because of a defective part from
Automated Power Solutions. This warranty will be void and null
if it is found that equipment supplied by Automated Power Solutions
has been tampered with, misused, damaged, contaminated,
electrically overloaded, or incorrectly installed.
Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the original
purchaser. Automated Power Solutions will pay up to $25.00 cdn
for shipment of the replacement or repaired item when returned
to the Customer. |
